I'm a supplement tester, and I take the time to review each product with full honesty. I test supplements for their effectiveness, taste, and side effects. I try out each supplement for at document my findings. I write down when and how much I take of each supplement, as well as any side effects that may occur. I also rate the effectiveness of the supplement on a scale of 1-10 (1 being ineffective and 10 being effective). I am not sponsored or endorsed by any company for full transparency.

Universal: Animal Flex
Joints. Sometimes they hurt, sometimes they feel like you can run for hours. I recently just microtore some ligaments in my wrist and figured it was time to implement a routine to avoid this from happening. That is why I picked this once daily pack up for around $30. I found the best source for it right here on Amazon.
Universal Flex is supposed to keep your joints, tendons, and ligaments all move smoothly for your daily needs. The pack contains 4 different components to optimize the efficiency of this product. The pills include a vitamin, a joint constructive complex, a joint lubrication complex and a joint support complex pill. Flex has won joint supplement of the year for eight consecutive years! Go buy some Flex now and keep those joints a movin'! I picked this bottle up on Amazon and had it the next day to get my joints healing faster than ever! As you can see, it clocks in at only 10 calories and comes with a 44 day supply. From my research, this is the best product to heal ligaments and tendons.

ReplyDeleteHmm, i'd probably get it.
ReplyDeleteI usually get creatin and protein, I never thought about that stuff before..
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly is in it? I just use protein currently.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely need this for my knees, didn't even know something like this existed, thanks!
ReplyDeletethis is one of the few products I don't support as I feel it's WAY too expensive for what you get. You can easily buy a MSM, Glucosomine and other ingredients and take them more often throughout the day, or take double doses at once as I don't believe excess of any of those supplements will hurt your body
ReplyDeleteactually i need it
ReplyDelete@john smith:
ReplyDeletesame here, i believe Glucosomine achieves nearly the same effect, and costs far less.
you shouldn't use it in excess though, else you get used to it and when you don't have it any more, you're actually worse.
Huh, i've never heard of this stuff, interesting change from the whey overload
ReplyDeleteYeah, agreed.
ReplyDeleteI'll let good old rest do the work for me :)
