Now Adam - Superior Mens Multivitamin

The classic old multivitamin. A pill that is so well marketed that everyone on Earth thinks they need one. NOW advertises their Adam as "this multi is science-based and tested for purity and quality". One positive with this vitamin, is they are family owned and packaged in the USA. Upon first opening the bottle, you will notice they pack it with cotton like every other soft gel. The pills are an orange / dark yellow color.

I have purchased this multivitamin several times in the past. I am not quite sure if this specific bottle I have is tainted but the soft gel is a tad sticky and leaves behind a orange slime if you were to touch it or set it down on something.

Overall, it is safe to say the vitamin does digest nicely as noted by the yellow-ish hint of urine an hour or two after consuming. I typically take my vitamin with a moderate fat meal which is typically breakfast. This allows for the fat-soluble vitamins to be optimized and not passed through your urine. Overall, this vitamin does not upset my stomach and digests quite well. I would give it a 9.5 as it is a multivitamin and their only function is to provide supplemental vitamins if your diet does not provide adequate RDA’s.
