Now Adam - Superior Mens Multivitamin

The classic old multivitamin. A pill that is so well marketed that everyone on Earth thinks they need one. NOW advertises their Adam as "this multi is science-based and tested for purity and quality". One positive with this vitamin, is they are family owned and packaged in the USA. Upon first opening the bottle, you will notice they pack it with cotton like every other soft gel. The pills are an orange / dark yellow color.

I have purchased this multivitamin several times in the past. I am not quite sure if this specific bottle I have is tainted but the soft gel is a tad sticky and leaves behind a orange slime if you were to touch it or set it down on something.

It is a must read for anyone looking for the history on the sport of bodybuilding as well as training information for your own good. The book is written from Arnolds point of view and provides insight to the industry as whole. Not to mention, this book is packed with pictures to help with your posing as well as exercise demonstrations.
